You are indeed hilarious (or you're taking meds with some bizarre side effect.) I might be on the dull side, but I happen to be born and bred in Italy, to have lived for ten years in Ireland, four in France and have worked pretty much all over Europe, and you're just spouting nonsense.

Unless you come from a parallel universe Italy is indeed a very white country (though substantial immigration over the last 10-15 years means that non-European ethnical minorities are not an uncommon sight anymore.)
