Having worked in production for many years how this works is as follows...they film it and then ask permission if they can use the footage. If the person says no they don’t use it.

Thank you. I no longer chart my weight, and only get on the scale once a day. I even manage to skip a day now and then so I guess I'm not doing too bad. My therapist tells me recovery is a winding path up a mountain, not a short, straight road. But rollercoaster feels more accurate!
