I'm perplexed by the nasty tone of a lot of the comments on this story. I think the writing is fine, and it was interesting.

I just bought a cool vintage-y swimsuit from, of all places, Land's End (I know I'm getting old, because I now find some of their clothing acceptable). With my chest, the effect is very pinup.

The Duchess seems quirky and cool, but her paleness & red eyeliner still make her Queen of all vampires. Sorry.

I think the most accurate answer would be "some". Obviously, some men will find vintage sexy, others won't.

@Sagan Is My Master: I called out "way to make her feel like a hooker" at the TV when he gave it to her, but I don't actually think he was trying to treat her like a prostitute, but just trying to build up that "all business" wall between them again.

I half-expected Lee to fire Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce after the Xmas party, just to be an asshole, and to open up an avenue of business uncertainty drama.
