my 2 years on depo were the worst of my life.
These cookies are bad. All of them. Good cause, bad cookies.

@DrOttoScratchansniff: they don't swear on American broadcast tv, but other than that, I hear plenty of swears.
@RocktheDebit: but could this woman actually revoke our Sherlock privileges?
@John Thompson: . Published Crown copyright works become public domain at the end of the year 50 years after they were published, unless the author of the work held copyright and assigned it to the Crown. In that case, the copyright term is the usual life of author plus 70 years. Unpublished Crown copyright documents…
HOW is Sherlock Holmes not in the public domain by now? :(
@Stephanie wishes to kill Tucker Max: Ok, I take it back- like I said below,
@rainy_day: Yes.
@Agumen: I know I'm not speaking from experience, it's just what I imagined happening. I'm glad your parents were equal about things.
this makes me so mad because I imagine these same fathers tacitly approving their sons having sex with low women, what Pauly D would call "whores", in order to keep their libidos in check while they search for the perfect virgin to marry. HATE.
@RipCurl: all the originals are out of print, so I'm not sure what you mean by "in circulation"...you can buy them at used book stores, for sure.
@konstantinbothari: Oh, yes, Madeline L'Engle is wonderful and will forever be re-readable.
Take off the rose colored book-glasses, ladies. I loved these books a ton when I was little too, but they are *not* good books, nor are they well written.
A girl I know got mad at me for talking about blowdrying hair - well, I was putting down a shampoo commercial by saying that "anyone's hair would look that good if they had a professional blowing it out for them" - because blowdrying would be disaster for her hair and fine for mine. (I'm white, she's black)
@girlscoutcookie is back from hiatus: You guessed right, you're not going to convince me.
@Stephanie wishes to kill Tucker Max: I also found both Lorelai and Rory irritating at certain points. I loved the show, though.
@yearofthewoman: I didn't like where they went with Luke in the final season, but before that he was my favorite.
I'm rewatching all of Gilmore Girls at the moment, and I'm dreading Logan's arrival. I HATE him. I wasn't super pro Tristan either.
