This kind of complaining is what has turned me off of competitive multiplayer games.

I’d be worried about the performance of the rich kids whose parents hovered over every homework assignment, paid for special tutors and coaches at every turn and hired consultants for the college application process to get them into schools that would be beyond their reach.
I love this letter.
Hear, hear! If Texas Standard goes to two hours I’m cancelling my KERA donations
The Super is not too far from the platonic ideal of a TAL episode, and I’m kind of mad I didn’t include it. I have a really vivid memory of driving around New Orleans choking with laughter as Jack Hitt describes the super’s seemingly made up stories, and then getting to work and getting really punched in the gut with…
I have a friend who dated one of her interns who had to turn her computer on for her every day. Total journalism legend, but man, talk about living outside of her era.
Consider how many years it’s taken Square Enix to plan and prepare to fuck this up.
i really don’t condone violence
If i wasn’t act work I would post the video of the Chris Rock bit about bullets being $1,000 each and how that would reduce drive by shootings.
Oryx hardmode is never fun. Always a bitch to fight.
It’s not. When only doing HM, you get loot drops for both Hard and Normal (so you don’t have to run it twice). Kirk’s Normal drop for Golgoroth was 302 gloves, and he did not get a Hard Mode drop.
same engine = same universe
I think of these armors were from another game, it’d be fine, because they are definitely good looking. They just don’t feel right compared to suits that already existed in the Halo universe.
I agree, I feel like each character Bungie designed was distinct and distinguishable from the next. In contrast, I feel that 343i’s work with all the hyper-extraneous-detail makes all the characters and armours blend together.
Yep. Took the words out of my mouth (I think you were posting as I was typing) http://kotaku.com/i-think-this-i…
I think this image, and most of the ones of Spartans in general, sum up what bothers me most about 343’s artistic direction - it’s too detailed. Too busy. These are utilitarian pieces of armour designed for combat, they’re clearly over designed with form over function, a design fetishist’s wet dream.
I wrote Mark Gilles and asked him to start offering tartan-cloth seats in the SE, like they do in Canada. His response was, basically, Americans are confused by options and focus groups indicated offering a mid-level car without leather seats resulted in the brand being diminished. Basically.
All in, we’d be spending $31,740 for our plaid-seated hot hatch.
On paper the GTI should be slower than a Focus ST because even the performance pack model is 32 hp and about 25 ft/lbs short to the Ford. This post is about to devolve into the “Germans underate their cars” battle because all of the magazine tests show the GTI being as quick, if not quicker, than the Focus ST in every…
