@picassobear: Really? I am Jewish, and I feel that there is a common stereotype of Jews speaking with Joy's sort of accent, which is commonly read as "obnoxious" as opposed to "lovely" or some such, and therefore, it's offensive to me. My grandmother's accent ought to be music to your ears!

I had an abortion in NYC. And it was awesome. There was only one protester outside of the clinic, to whom I raised my middle fingers proudly. The clinic didn't try to guilt me or force me to cry while looking at the ultrasound, or something like that. Afterwards, I got to take a cab home.
