The one from Simon's Quest is called "Within These Castle Walls". Super creepy, and doubly so because the first time you ever go in that castle, there's nothing in there, and you keep expecting SOMETHING to happen but nothing does until you get to the bottom.

For sheer dread, I always liked "Abandoned Pit" from SotN
