“It’s almost as if there really aren’t that many people, and they’re not actually willing to pay that much for the idea.”
Same. There is literally nothing — NOTHING! — on the market for those of us that want a truck that fits in a modern American city, like those from the 80's and 90's did.
This is *notoriously* difficult, as the folks engineering and testing it are in a completely different organizational world from the marketing people.
...While angrily waiting in line for said gas, of course.
Certainly not as a measuring stick.
Nonetheless, your wife must surely be in favor of rationing...
This comment, like all of us, will not age well.
Lazy guy here; There’s a can of white beans and a jar o’ gravy in my future.
“It’s fun to stay at drive to the YYYYYYMCA!”
Have you seen some of the shitboxes they buy in Germany?!
You think Germans won’t compromise on details a little? Their car industry is cratering and, like here, I’d think buyers might give up a bit on fit/finish for an emerging tech (especially if it’s made there).
How does the Corvette score points against Detroit?
*Great* show. I went from the beginning, then tapered off as soon as the hijinx and douchebaggery started. And yeah, that Cobra was a replica.
“If you’re doing a burnout and you’re not preparing to launch at the track,
there’s a good chanceyou’re an idiot.”
Same. Waaay too many douchebags showed up ~5 years ago. That was it.
This makes my blood goddamn boil.
^This is the limp-d’d micro-p short bus vet who killed C&C. Congrats.
Same here on sharing. I’m in marketing and you’d be horrified at how much of that is harvested and sold now. It’s in the process of getting much, much worse.
I’ve declined to have my credit checked three times (too many ID thefts from unsecured devices), all for senior exec positions. Got hired at all three.
