Par for the course: I recall tuning into his late-night TV show (yes I am that old) — and turning it off after he started making fun of Chelsea Clinton’s looks... mind you, this is when she was a teenager living in the White House.  Make lame jokes about Bill and Hilary all you want, leave the kids out.
