well that’s gross that you let the dogs under the blankets

Is it just me or isn’t giving a charity money in someone’s name so far from the actual letter of the agreement to give a person a divorce settlement of a certain amount of money that Heard’s lawyers should still be able to demand the full amount agreed on?

Depp is clearly attempting to exert control over Amber by taking away her agency in the manner she donates the funds. This money is hers and he is trying to change the agreement terms.

Some of y’all are so transparent and gross. I can’t believe I’m seeing people use this story to make it all about how Amber “never really was going to donate the money” or that “she just wants more money.” Absolutely disgusting. Victim blaming at its finest!

Star for Buffy

I have bigger problems with those ugly-toe sandals.

God, it must be SO HARD to be judged by your appearance and clothing choices instead of your skills and work ethic. HOW TERRIBLE.

Well, a redpiller may be right about some things not related to gender, like, idk, how to cook a mean casserole. But about things that are related to gender, and women specifically? You better believe I’m gonna side-eye the crap out of what they have to say.

go grab a juice, honey.

Sure it is. I’ve never seen you, and I already dislike you intensely.

And rape, domestic violence, and murder as the impetus for character development is actually a well-known phenomena in comics (and with the rise of comics-as-movies, film) known as “women in refrigerators”:

Oh, no, you made it pretty clear in your comment. The subtext wasn’t even “sub.” It was right there in the text.

I have only seen this effect cited by those who frequent redpill, MRA, PUA, or incel/truecel forums.

I personally enjoyed it a LOT. I think every single actor was really good in it, especially Chris Hemsworth. McCarthy was good, but I personally think Kate McKinnon’s my favorite Ghostbuster.

It was fun and I enjoyed it, but I think it was a little overhyped. And Chris Hemsworth kind of stole the movie.

Right, but I’m not talking about myself here- I’m critiquing the way you’re approaching Jezebel’s descriptions here. Jezebel’s stance isn’t that Ghostbusters is good simply because it has women in it, it’s good because it’s well written. The critics aren’t saying Suicide Squad is bad because it DOESN’T have women in

... So you just ignore the many specific critiques to arrive at your own bizarre conclusion?

yeah, OK, buddy

uuuuh-ooooh, someone’s going to have to go back and repeat a couple reading comprehension units...
