Feel free to read through a myriad of reviews about the symbology contained within the movie, my own short review that only touches upon the subtext, or the "Vagina Monologues". It's all there, but I suspect you'll still be unconvinced. As Mary Wollstonecraft once said in A Vindication of the Rights of Woman:

The plot is full of subtext, but you have to be able to read it, obviously.

The plot is thicker here than in any of the preceding Mad Max films. It
is a movie steeped in symbolism and is more than simple action fare.
That George Miller was able to successfully weave the threads of
over-the-top visceral action and female empowerment in a movie like this
