I know HANS it’s a good thing, but everytime I see this clip I feel sad for the lack of movement f1 drivers have today buried deep in their cockpit.

Kers would work if only the driver trying to pass was allowed to use it, like DRS. Usually all the pilots use kers in the same sectors of the track all the time, so it gives little advantage for passing.
