I’m not disputing what the logic is behind the cloud. I agreed it wasn’t great. But you’re adding your own extra level to what was actually written in the comic to allow that to work for you - which is your prerogative, of course. Whereas I took what is actually written in the comic at face-value, and dismissed it…

Well, that’s your take on it, with your opinion making you see it that way. Taken at face value, and with the way the X-Men comics are usually written, I wouldn’t/don’t agree.

(Also, “They have sterilized us as well” means past tense, yes, but it does not mean that they have sterilized everyone. It means the cloud has sterilized those it’s touched. Storm says “us” to mean some mutants in this sentence, not all mutants.)

You’re mixing the actual tenses of the statement that is actually there to look at!

They’re staring at the script and/or production choices.

No cuffs - no shirt. That thing around his neck appears to be a necklace of some description. His shirt is tied around his waist.

It looks more like it hasn’t finished forming over her arm to me, rather than battle damaged. Like the symbiote suit in SM3: reaching out to itself to form a whole outfit - see the thinner tendrils wrapping themsleves around each other above the elbow. But it’s just stopped where it is.

They didn’t think it was real - it was stated that nothing had happedened to them at all while they were filming the re-enactments. So why would they have a problem going back? They were all skeptical of the stories they were re-enacting, and some even thought they could get Lee to confess.
