Small world. I watched the original Tron on Sunday for what was likely the first time. In the background of the commanders/pilots room on the walls, Pac-Man wonders around his board. I wonder how 2.0 will follow-up on this and other details.
@Boox: Satyrs are bad-ass. I like the two in the hallway in the labrynth, on normal mode it was one of the first time I realized spamming one move isn't going to kill these guys. Towards the end I really tried to diversify my attacks just to enjoy the moves, if that is necessary for Titan mode I will definitely give…
To all those who platinumed GOW3 to bring us this information, we thank you. Whether it was getting through the labyrinth without dying, punting 50 dogs, or scoring 1000 consecutive hits, we, or at least I salute you. Because there is no way in hell I'm attempting Titan mode.
Online multiplayer would be great. But if there is one thing Konami knows, its how to screw up the online experience with its own shitty ID system.
I'd rather pay Sony than the Best Buys of the world which are consistently rated as complete rip-offs by Consumer Reports and others.
@Michael Dukakis: From here out you'll need to restructure your prose. It seems the lowest common denominators of the internet have fallen on hard times, don't understand, and have turned this thread into a blood sport.
@PapaBear434: Mustard Gas standing by.
Can you imagine how many more sniper would sit prone regardless of the game objectives if it was enabled in BC2? It would increase the current epidemic. If there is some trade-off that goes along with it (body heat signature is more pronounced for radar/uav or such) I may be open to it. Or if it was an option for…
MANCODE LAW 101: With great mustaches come great responsibility!
@Deez: +1. This is one of the reasons I moved to BC2. When I do get such a demographic I generally remind them how anonymous people living in anonymous cities across the globe on the internet, talking tough truly scare me and that I'm updating my facebook account to let my friends know of my current fear of:…
I played NCAA online two years ago. In my first game I was actually winning, then the player quit the game late in the 4th and the AI decided it didn't want to lose either and I had two turnovers on hand-offs and ended up losing.
Pretty veiny decision if you ask me.
@Hey_Blinkon: Agreed. I think it must have to do with the penis. Not unlike when people speed off from a redlight...only to wait at the next intersections red light, but damn did they get their Pontiac to go fast.
I find it difficult to care about resolution when I feel like I'm watching a game through a cage. I need to figure something out, I have a 13" mbp I'd like to use for SC2 and a nice 46" 1080p tele I may use to hook it up to.
@Helba: Sick to death of Japan-Bashing: Start here: [www.slingbox.com]
So can we expect a NCAA football announcement at E3? No more Pac 10 Arizona vs. Cal pre-empting..hell anything other than the Pac 10 arena league stuff.
@BigBadHarv: I used to live 2 blocks W of Wrigley. When we'd lose to Cardinal fans, I always reminded them (from my porch) that they may have won, but they have to go back to St Louis. St. Louis.
Damn, he got demoted to VP, Inspiration & Perspiration, guess that little kid interviewing got his old gig. His linked-in profile must be crazy.
So this might explain why I'm downloading an update for my ps3 now. I was excited up until the $100 bit. I've got a slingbox hidden in the midwest that lets me stream Cubs games fortunately, but don't tell MLB that, they hate the sling and tried to sue. It's a nice option to save folks like me stranded in useless AL…
