Absolutly correct. I was a host for 4 years and people wanted Hotels for less. They were ruthless and stupid. I had guests come from Georgia to my downtown property and write negative reviews about the noise.

Pros do NOT use Airbnb. This is not the company that it was. It is now a monster bent on profits alone. Not protections. You must be crazy to use it today. Just look at reviews all over the web. Look at the horror stories of people being attacked, raped and robbed. Look at the stories of extortion by hosts and guests.
