This episode was firing out of all cylinders! The fake labor cold open with Jonah freaking out about supplies and Mateo getting distracted in the towels, Glenn failing to remember a single name that wasn't Steve, and the quickly escalating corporate call. That whole Glenn sequence had me rolling. I didn't expect much

A tiny part of me wants to keep the hope alive that maybe they'll get an episode or two to remind me of the Diane and Cary of old that I enjoyed so much, but then I remember what they did with Kalinda's exit "arc" and decided I'm doing the right thing by remaining pessimistic.

Agreed. Peter is going down no matter what. I'm certain of it. I'm unclear as to where they want to take Alicia. Judging by this episode, I fear they won't have her address her marriage at all until the very last couple of episodes. I bet we'll get Peter in another press conference to resign as governor, this time

The day after the Super Bowl announcement I read an interview with the Kings saying that they only found out about CBS' decision the week before. Then I feared the show would chug along aimlessly to its finish line and that's exactly what is happening!

I'm pretty sure they once mentioned that Frank was as brilliant as Lip in high school but wasted his chances to take advantage.

You know, this is a comedy so I'm perfectly fine with an episode designed to fire up the jokes. In that regard, this episode was a total A-!

Did they? Cary said in the last episode that they needed junior associates and that it was a starting point. Must have missed that backpedaling by the writers.

Amazing how many chances a decent looking white dude will get in Hollywood. Congrats, Ryan Reynolds!

The show has become so bent on putting Alicia and Diane at this crossroads when it would make just as much, if not even more, sense for Cary to be resentful of Alicia for bailing on their partnership after she derailed F/A and turned it into L/G. Honestly, it would ring more true if the roles were reversed and Diane

Yeah, the fact that they hired them both as "junior associates" is a bit off. One of those "Alicia is the underdog!" exercises in contrivance that this show loves so much. With their experience they both could clearly be senior associates. Whatever! This show has worn me down.

I didn't see any bitterness from Diane in this episode. What she told Alicia was the damn truth. I could see it coming the moment she and Lucca went about their ways after Cary assigned Lucca to another case. She's not her own boss, Lucca is not "her" associate. What they both did and how she spoke to Cary after they

ACTUALLY, they're bringing her back! And they're apparently working on perhaps getting other recurring characters to appear once more before the finale. I think I read it on TV Line, they're also bringing back Kurt. So fingers crossed for Clarke Hayden!

A part of me wanted to laugh because it happened to me once. "Oh, you'll totally love this person you've never met because you're from the same country!" Then again, this is more nuanced than the "reverse racism" thing they threw at us.

Alright! I'm over 2000 points!

It was also a bit of a mess, and the worst sin of all: boring.

Her bit about the flowers had me rolling.

My guess is they'll have Kristen Wiig host later in the season, closer to the Ghostbusters premiere in July. I actually looked it up after she mentioned "The Boss," a movie I had never heard of until last night.

"Small birthday BLOWOUT" was the best line reading. I love Rogelio and Jaime Camil is just perfect in the role.

Really? The Daily Show doesnt really have an excuse, considering they air a couple of days later. That's just lazy!

I haven't seen Ant-Man but the voice didn't really sound like Paul Rudd to me, unless he's making a different voice for the character?
