In Spanish, we call those dogs "salchichas" (sausages) so it still works there!

*sigh of relief*
It's not even summer yet!
0.6 for The Grinder? Damn! I should be happy because it's on my CL roster but I actually enjoy the show. Not to mention it's been fulfilling my Timothy Olyphant needs in hilarious ways. But yeah, it's a goner.
I have to say I was totally losing it during the Ben Carson bit, followed by "it's Black History Month!" and vegan mayo. So definitely their first good segment for sure.
Here what she said, as transcribed by previously.tv:
Yeah, I was trying to remember a similar storyline some time back. I think he did it using Lip's or Ian's name? I am not sure.
While well-acted, that laundry room scene represented everything that's gone wrong with this show. You can't go from "what if" to a clinical depressed person in 2 episodes without any sort of build up. Here we have a character that's saying they hate everything in their life, even her own children, and that they "want…
Well, well, well. Orange you glad the jester did a recap song to the original Gaaaaalaaaaavaant.
Hey! Superstore has been putting up solid 1.2-1.5 numbers, a total hit by NBC comedy standards! Hope it gets them a second season. I've been enjoying it. They throw some clever jokes in there and the characters are fun to watch.
Unless you have a Nielsen box, it doesn't matter at all.
For some reason, I find it very amusing to look at all the ways they hide Melissa Fumero's pregnancy, down to the completely believable enourmous tote bag.
The Muppets. Even the network executives have expressed public disappointment with the show, and not only in terms of ratings, but actual artistic direction.
I swear Taran Killam used Colin Jost to mold his Bland Man performance. The voice, the speech patterns, heck, even the haircut was seconds away from a full Jost!
Oh, they're definitely pretending it never happened. Otherwise this whole narrative of Peter needs Alicia doesn't work.
I don't think it's happening… ever. Julianna Margulies said she didn't want to see Alicia back in "that law firm" and we know she's the one who runs this show! What puzzles me the most is why did they bring back Cary and Diane, or sign them for a possible season 8, if they're not going to do anything with their…
And this is why I've been worried for this show since late last season: they don't seem to know what makes these characters click together anymore. Putting Alicia and Cary in the same case is not enough! And again with a merger? We got it already she's not going back to the firm.
Agreed! The show returns next week so I wouldn't be surprised if they announce in the next few weeks. The odds are even better now that Rachel Bloom won both the Golden Globe and Critic's Choice Award. /sellingpoint
Agreed. My vote goes to the Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, even if I think the most sure thing is Quantico.
I don't know why Dennis was so down on the Doctor sketch. I found it so bizarrely hilarious I had to watch it twice. So even if the cold open was lazy and the monologue wasn't great, the rest had a decent energy flowing through, I thought. Solid B.
