I don't agree with you praise of BTI as a whole, but Telegraph Ave and the Kauai EP really solidified him very worthwhile musically for me. Before that, I liked things here and there, but the cringeworthy joke lyrics really hampered my appreciation for him.

Gotta say I was not onboard with Tawney's storyline. This show can be so genuinely, painfully soulful, but this effort in this storyline felt a little too visible. Bonnie being so nonchalant about Tawney creeping around was the most obvious example of what I found flawed, but in general, it didn't work for me.

I still occasionally think of Huskey's screaming delivery of "what part of donkey dick don't you understand, ass-kisser?!?" and his horrifying impression of eating food in Childrens Hospital.

I made the biggest mistake of listening to that in public. I couldn't breathe from laughing so much, it was really embarrass.

I'm not sure how earned the scene was overall, but the line in the song where Shelly songs, "…and I'm sorry," and Maura starts to break a little bit was really powerful.
