It’s even worse in Australia (in terms of quality, not racism, at least in my experience). The quality of written English even in white collar settings is astounding. We’ve noticed a marked decrease in quality since moving here from the US.

One summer 80% of my ORD flights were delayed. This was before US Airways joined OneWorld so I was stuck with a ton of United flights, and it was disaster after disaster. Plus you’re stuck in Chicago with Chicagoans.
