SEPTA is the only rail line I've ever seen that cannot run properly when it rains. The number of times the Main Line commuter rail went flying by the station because there were freaking wet leaves is mindblowing.

From what I understand, there are indications that due to the added weight of the APUs and fuel burn, we may just see ride-along start carts for airliners, for pushback and engine start. Don't quote me on this, but the lack of an APU might just be the future.
