Yeah my parents have a good collection of Henckels, and Dad cooks all the time (and quite well I might add). For smaller jobs he uses the Henckels, but when you just need one massive and ever-sharp knife for big jobs, he goes for the Victorinox chef's knife.

Victorinox is all I use, and I love them. Great Santoku and long long chef's knife.

Except, no. I'm not appreciably more comfortable in a T than I am in a dress shirt, suit jacket and tie. I prefer jeans to slacks, but the top half is basically irrelevant.
