I thought a lot of the issue was the redesign costs to fix the issues with foam and other bits hitting the shuttle during take off. Maybe that is coved in the blanket it cost to much? I had to do this just now on my Lenovo Y40-80 something to do with a internal power error I am going to try updating all the drivers and then upgrade again. Of course there site is running like crap right now. My Surface Pro 3 and my home built PC all upgraded just fine no issues.
