I had someone loosen the lug nuts on one of the rear wheels of my Nissan Stanza one day while at university.

My brother in law who lives in Ukraine had the left rear wheel fall off his Moskevitch as he was driving down the main street of Uman... Which was exciting for him and the cars around him for a couple of minutes.
