it's not a matter of being unhealthily thin. that's the image, but it's the nutrients that your body is lacking and all of that. I'm not saying I agree with him having to apologize or what not. But just because he wasn't rail thin doesn't mean it's not unhealthy.

Not being rude, and i'm sure this will come off that way so sorry in advance, but I guess we hang out in different circles. thinspiration sounds to me like an inspiration to be thin. Like "I can do it, you can do it." Same with fitspiration. Thin and fit mean different things to different people. How they get to

Ugh, I can't handle that shit either.

just seems like a ridiculous hashtag to have the cause of a show cancellation. I'm not promoting anorexia by any means, but the dude was proud of his accomplishment. Someone freaked out for no reason in my book. But I'm walking in to this knowing nothing.

It's just that I used to be a bit bigger, 220 on a 5'9" frame doesn't look great. I lost about 50 lbs, and have gotten healthy. I never hashtagged the hashtag in question in my life, but i would never have guessed that thinspiration would be an issue. Just seems kind of ridiculous and for Travel to cancel the show

Maybe i'm being childish, but how is #thinspiration a pro-anorexia hashtag?
