Fair statements friend. I hadn't considered the fact that those customers affected did get previously purchased dlc for free. Good points.

Warner Bros are getting jelly about Mario Bros, they can only be one family.

Main thing hurting Theocracies is that they are not dynastic.

RE4, RE5, and RE6 still have "tank" controls, the only thing that changed was the camera angles. I, for one, LOVE the old school "tank" controls. I'm playing RE:remake on Gamecube/Wii right now and i can't even play using the analog sticks, i HAVE to use the D-pad, so much better control over how far you're turning.

No, there are plenty of paranoid people who don't understand the science behind the technology.

The horror in his eyes as he faced the German Bearmacht for the first time...

Although his article is titled "Sales screw your players," it's really entirely dev-focused. When he says "players," he means fans, and when he says "screw," he means upset. Sales upset your fans.

His major argument is essentially if it weren't for these damn sales all of these people would be giving him all of their monies!

Those people who wait are not necessarily people who would purchase the game at full price under other circumstances. "Worth of a game" is an individual judgment. I will buy game A for $20, but no more. I would also pay $40 if it came in a bundle with a few other games, maybe even games I'm not interested in. You

That's a very valid point. That goes back to the idea that every game should sell for the same price, which the industry has embraced. But obviously some games aren't as "worth" their money as others are. But I'd wager that many publishers are afraid of launching at less than $60, as it might scare customers as well

This entire argument is based on the idea that a purchase during a sale equals a full-price sale lost. That idea is wrong for a number of reasons.

Given that my source of income is sporadic at best, I disagree with him on two fronts:

Trilby's notes wasn't a spin-off, it was the third game in the series. It uses a text parser to pretty great effect, and has some of the strongest pixel graphics in the series.

I think part of the issue might have been cost and battery life as well. Having a touchscreen was bound to drive up the manufacturing cost as well as kill the battery life.

That's a shame. I found the original design to be unique and different while still offering a nice balance of thumbstick comfort and mouse precision.

If sales weren't good for business, no industry would offer sales. Oh, look. Every business offers sales. Weird.

what i thought about the title

I had to resist all temptations to make it Ben "Captain Syphilis" Franklin.
