I sheet pan a packet of bacon at weekends to about 80-90% - then tupperware it in the fridge. Save the fat for cooking obv.
A relatively quick run on the pan weekdays gets me perfectly crispy bacon - with still enough grease rendered off for frying my eggs.

I eat bacon and eggs every morning.
Usually make a veggie hash…
