Token conservative here. I am absolutely appalled how the Republican party has sold it’s soul over the past year. Trump was bad, this is downright terrifying. How can the party claim to be the “Moral Majority” when they are backing a candidate who may be a serial child molester? It’s not like he took a couple free

Agreed, the BART experience going to the Colosseum is much better than the VTA experience going to Levi’s. You know something’s wrong when I’d rather take BART to east Oakland than a light rail to Santa Clara.

Chargers fans

I don’t see what the big deal is — Timmons was just one of millions of people in SoCal yesterday who managed to avoid going to the Dolphins-Chargers game.

We had a couple of good years between the Oilers leaving and Texans arriving, our favorite players (McNair/George) made it to the Super Bowl with the Titans and the Comets satiated our lust for championships.

Week 17 the Raiders come to town. The eliminated Chargers will be playing an Oakland team fighting for a playoff spot. The NFL will then realize they brought the wrong team to LA.

The Chargers are a good team with an offense that’s fun to watch.

Whatever. LT might not be the sharpest guy, but he had every right to be pissed after the Pats danced on the logo at 50 after the game. Fucking asshole cheaters. LT should’ve picked up Ellis Hobbs and snapped him in half over his knee.

Now you can pour your energies into the Padres and Aztecs tho!

It’s even worse when you consider how two homegrown San Diego professional sports legends, Tony Gwynn and Junior Seau, both died too young from tragic circumstances.

Perhaps you should try stepping out of Gaslamp and PB?

San Diego is the best city in California so it should be 3 behind New York and Chicago. Has the right combo of things to do, hot people, attitude about life and good weather.

The reporting on this from you guys at Deadspin is such shit. Fox news-esk. I’ve been following this story for a decade as an SD native. The Citizens Initiative you’re talking about has nothing to do with going behind the mayors back, it’s about getting around the red tape from CEQA, The California Environmental

I do think the NFL’s rulebook is way too fucking obtuse. Whether or not the officials are getting worse or they’re simply struggling to keep up with an ever-expanding rulebook, I have no idea. What I know is that it’s yet another factor that’s pushing me away from the NFL this year.

It’s also worth mentioning that San Diego has a huge military population, which is inherently transient. It’s not that San Diego isn’t thick with Chargers fans, it’s that those fans are diluted by fans of all the other teams in a proportion that simply doesn’t (and wouldn’t) happen in other NFL cities. If the

Mario Mendoza is SO jealous!

He just pulled an unlikely victory for his team to breathe new life into their playoff hopes! What do you want him to do?

I almost always drink Green Flash, Ballast Point, or Stone.
