It was common sense. It was the same kind of common sense they used in Jus in Bello. So it was nice to see that the writers remembered that the boys are smart.

I have to say I'm sort of glad that Dean is just shutting Sam down now, instead of getting into the whole thing with him. I don't think they've really resolved anything between them but are just in detente right now.

If they can keep up the quality that it's been this season, I wouldn't mind another season or two but I fear it will have a quality slowdown, the boys might start getting burned out again and I would really hate for it to end on a downturn.
