I read an article yesterday that the spinoff would not include any one from the current Supernatural cast. Whether that remains the case, who knows, but I really don't want the worlds cross polinating.

I didn't mean remove her episode I meant maybe edit out her scenes before broadcast. I was under the impression that her scenes were basically a cameo with no real impact to the overall story. But then i don't read many spoilers so I could be totally wrong or it's just wishful thinking.

I wonder if they are getting negative feedback from only the previews and sneaks of Snooki and are going to cut it altogether. I rather hope so as long as it doesn't mess up the continuity.

The Mark of Cain stuff is the only thing holding me here and that's really because it's giving Jensen some potentially great material and giving Dean something more to do than worry and fret. But I swear to gods, if they drop the ball on this like they did the Purgatory stuff, I'mma lose it!

On one hand, yay, Kevin and Mama Tran, but on the other, IMO it sort of undercut the angst that Dean and Sam have been experiencing because of his death. It was just weird and didn't really make sense to me other than to have someone give the boys a talking-to about their issues. I dunno, I wanted to like his

I was wondering about the significance of Castle Storage myself, but I lean towards your viewpoint that it's just a running thing like Biggerson's and Gas N Sip.

I'd be surprised if they make Cain a villain considering how they took pains to make him the opposite of that.

I don't know who Rebecca is either. I don't remember her ever being mentioned before this episode. We've had Naomi, Anna, Rachel, Hester and Hale, but I can't remember Rebecca.

Like SupernaturallyMe said, it's "Supernatural". They can change the mythology to suit their needs.

You know, at this point, IMO the two things the show could do that would make it better right now, is to return to the desaturated film style of season 1 and 2 and the Purgatory stuff and get rid of all the cheesy music cues that tell me why it's supposed to be light vs dark or comic vs drama scenes.. The viewers of

LOL, I have the same problem. And then I remember in the French Mistake the "Dean Cain turned out to be a great actor" line and I get really confused!

Yep. I agree completely about the angel stuff. I felt like I'm watching a completely different show with that storyline and I just don't care about it at all. Who knows, maybe the writers have a plan and it will all dovetail with Sam and Dean and the Mark of Cain and Crowley by season's end, but right now, it's

I can live with the angel stuff as long as it's at least tangentially related to Sam and/or Dean. I love Castiel but I don't love him away from the boys for any length of time. If they are going to continue with the angel war they need a much more interesting and strong actor to play against Misha, someone as strong

I was half expecting Dean to use the Mark of Cain to somehow escape from his ropes or at least kick that demon's ass once free. I don't understand why we're not getting a glimpse of it on Dean's arm or at least some mention of it. If not I sure hope it's just being held back for last few episodes of the season and

Yeah, I think it's affecting some of his acting choices.

Well, then you clearly have time to cover Banshee now :)

I wonder if Chandler Riggs is struggling with his voice right now as it's obviously changing.

Okay, well that's not at all what's happened here I'm not misreading anything you've written nor am I misrepresenting what you've stated.

I think Glenn is just going to sit on the information until he figures out whether he can trust these people. I don't think it's necessarily poor writing but IMO it's intentional and will come up again later.
