This is correct.
This is correct.
I've seen a couple of episodes of PoI and like her in that too. I think I'm too far behind on the mythology of that show to jump in now.
I did too! If they do nothing else well (which they do) their character reveals have all been perfect and perfectly timed and left me with a jaw on the floor. So good.
I don't get that complaint about the TV station. I'm assuming the changing numbers is to show there is more than one TV station in Starling City.
Yes! Exactly. I'm no comics person but I can tell when something big and important from the comics is being done, and then I get all excited and it makes no sense why I'm so excited! I just am. Whatever they are doing, I sure hope they don't fuck it up.
I think the first 5 episodes were the weakest but were certainly not bad enough to put me off the show.
Please. The Impala is a far superior car to that monstrosity that Bo Duke drove. Ugh.
It's sort of criminal that Arrow's stunt work and production has gone un-awarded.
Oh, good to know. I will look for that. Did you see her in Dollhouse? She did well in that also. I still wish they could get her back in Supernatural. I really liked her dynamic with Dean in that one episode.
I did not like Roy all that much at first, but I'm so happy with his arc and with Thea and Roy's relationship.
I'm with you, sir/madam. I freaking loved Illyria and Wesley. Although I still maintain that Wesley and Lilah was the best couple on the show in all their fucked up ness, they were hot.
Right? I was actually surprised that after like 3 episodes of Bones, I stopped seeing him as Angel. Which was good because "actor" and bad because well, Bones.
Oh man, I just watched that! So great.
The moment she became Illyria, I was like okay this woman can act. "This will do". In three words, she became a completely different character, even without the blue streaks in her hair, she was different.
Dean Winchester is smart, funny, sometimes a jackass, sometimes a dick, angst-ridden and pretty damn vulnerable under all that.
CW website airs the most recent 5 episodes as well.
Whedon had a plan for S6 that could have been really interesting with Illyria. It ended well but IMO still gone too soon.
Absolutely. It's my favorite finale of any show I've ever seen.
I agree, only because I want them to go out on their own terms. Plus, it frees up Ackles to find work on something truly worthy of his talents.
Once you get past the first part of s1, it really changes. The writing and the acting are much better and it's a pretty compelling relationship between the brothers. I am a latecomer to the show because I actually boycotted it because of the Angel cancellation. But I have seen the light and it is good.
