Agreed. That's why I think he has everything it takes to make it work. He has such a great emotive face, expressive eyes and uses his voice with great effect. He's just a terrific actor all the way around.

To be fair, Roy and Thea were never as terrible as Laurel, character wise and acting wise. I don't care what happens to Laurel as long as she never becomes Black Canary.

If they try to short cut Laurel into BC with Mirakuru, I'm throwing the bullshit flag. That would be such a complete and utter sellout. I'll put up with a lot of unbelievable things in this universe, but that will piss me off in about 1000 ways.
