I did this last year. I disabled all notifications except for email, phone, text, and home alarm. Moreover, I widened the do not disturb window to almost 12 hours. I decide when and what to engage with. My phone is back to being a tool and not an appendage.

I agree. Once you go camping a few times and intend on going out more, it’s worth having a set of utensils and tools for camping. I don’t have to think much about it anymore. I also have little containers of spices and things like that that get stored with it.
