Yeah, this pretty much just sets the jokes up all by itself.

@jinlee: OK, now that's fucking frightening. Damn you, now you've got me all pondery and such about how to be super stealth online.

@gizmodocon: Isn't it available on the iPad already? Which would mean iPhone as well.

@jinlee: That was pretty informative. Thanks for all that! I've never looked into that since I don't torrent often (once a week) and I don't do the whole pirating movies thing. But, it's interesting to know.

@3qɹ: hahaha, no, i'm actually quite curious. I torrent things (Mad Men, really) but I never hang on their all that often so I'm curious to know. I guess since I torrent, it'd be good to know. But, I was looking at it more from a technological standpoint.

So, how to do they actually gather the IPs? Can they see who was sharing at Time A? Do they just logon and check and then those are the people that get whacked?

@Tyrunn: You need better friends. : )

@Bs Baldwin: You know Apple has something like 50% of the profit in the mobile space, right? What good is it to have a higher market share with Android if it's not monetizing i.e. they give it away.

@shufflemoomin: Yeah, you're severely incorrect here, sparky. Dell had an exploding battery in their laptops. Remember the picture of the truck that burnt up because the laptop caught fire while in the cabin. Apple had, what, an iPod go crazy?

@Pixelantes Anonymous: You are quite correct, sir. I don't watch Letterman, wonder where I got it. Either way, I'm glad I contributed to your worlds in some way today!

@mrisinger: Thanks! I don't think I made it up but I've said it for a while.

@Regal: OK, while I'm all for seeing things from the other side, I'm not for it in her case. Please, go check out some of the things she's said the last few weeks and tell me just how much you'd like to see things from her perspective. Let me know what you think.
