I’ve got an 850 spider with the same engine, great little motor but doesn’t have an oil filter - uses a centrifugal oil slinger mounted to the front of the crank, which needs to be cleaned like every other oil change or your oil goes to shit. Not sure if they put filters on these as an update, but buyer beware.

I knew I took on some over time hours today - I work on the MA - RI line. For 2 grand, why not? Gonna try to go check it out after work.

So when i had the shift cable warrantied the techs nicked a brake line in the process, they went out on me at 60 on an off ramp. That was fun. They tried telling me it was the booster until i pressured them on it and they admitted fault. Needless to say i go about 70 miles to the next nearest studio now.
