I freeze homemade chicken tenders all the time. Once they’re cooled, they are placed on a cookie sheet and frozen for a couple hours. Then, they are stored 3 to a bag for easy portioning. Straight from the freezer to the air fryer at 370° for 8 minutes and they’re as good as fresh!

I don’t remember where I read it, but I picked up an indispensable tip for brown butter. There’s never enough of the toasty brown bits, so add a sprinkle (or tablespoon if you like) of powdered milk to the melting butter giving it more solids to fry.

13 Tzameti and The Belko Experiment are worthy of this list especially since it includes the relatively obscure (and great) Intacto!

But in every other sense, he’s a great addition to the neighborhood. If my only complaint about him is that his hobby gets a little loud

I use my wooden beer carrier when I go to a liquor store that allows for mix-and-match six packs. The stores always have extra cardboard packs for customers to use, but I like to be a little fancy about it. I do like your idea about a bomber carrier. I may actually build one of these now with the dimensions to hold 4

I find these at discount stores (Ross, Marshalls, etc.) all the time. They only cost $6-8. Between material costs and your time, I’d say one should just buy these things new.
