It’s public that he went to treatment for alcohol abuse. All of his photos since getting out have looked red-faced and haggard. My assumption is that he’s drinking.

I don’t know why we need to figure it out either way. She wasn’t violating any law, any duty to public office, or any marriage vow.

I have to say, the advice has been totally impractical and very poorly thought-out every time I have read this column.
