This happened to me with BotW. For me it was just trying to find out exactly how open the game was. I didn’t get frustrated as much as I was unprepared for that section of the map.

I actually wasn’t aware that that was a thing happening here. Haven’t been on Kotaku as frequently as I have been in the past. Now I need to look into this.

Advice from whom? I turned off everything of my own discord. I do it in every game where i’m given the option to do so. 

It works very well. I think it’s the main reason I turned off everything I could and just went exploring. I just think that I stepped away from the game for too long and am completely disoriented.

Not everyone likes every popular game (I dislike a bunch of games and series that people cherish). As I stated in another comment, I’m not the biggest LoZ fan. Take that as you will.
