I doubt it was intentional. There are a bunch of third parties coming up with good solutions, but a few have had bad electronics in them so far. So far, there is no third party that is Licensed by Nintendo for the docks.

I got the one by BASSTOP and have never regret using the smaller shell.

I want to like this dock while I wait for my SFANS dock, but I’ve had a hit or miss relationship with Nyko products in the past.

Not a lot sale if you never intended on purchasing it. The companies themselves have already made those points clear. Go look on what adobe and other companies that have the most torrent products of all times have to say on the matter. It’s not a lost sale as some people claim.

Then you have game companies like EA that have admitted that piracy does not hurt game sales and may indeed help. So no, its not a lost sale at all.

And this shit will continue as long as people keep throwing money at these publishers.

How I miss the days of dedicated servers. The problem is that publishers and devs fucked that up too. They went from releasing the software to run the servers, to charging to get the software to run the servers, to charging a monthly charge to use their servers to run the software to run your own dedicated server.

I only cheat when I play with friends because I remember the good ol’ days of cheat codes (i’ll throw modded multiplayer on dedicated servers on pc) and the mayhem caused by them. Tons of fun.

you describe the very issue thats happening in NYC and the metro area. Housing for the sake of housing is going up and at ludicrous prices. Folks who can’t afford housing in decent neighborhoods definitely cannot afford it now, and there is barely any affordable housing in decent neighborhoods.
