Capcom seriously needs to make a powerstone HD collection with online play. I will sink unbelievable hours into that.

Almost every other game genre with high levels of competition do it and you see them bitch and moan after every single patch (just look at the fighting game community after every single major patch for a big game), but they get over it and they learn the game and their characters again. And it isn't a curveball. Its

It ok. I get compassionate about it as well. I get competitive when it comes to games like these, especially fighting games. Tried throwing my hat into the tourney ring and failed miserably XD.

And what i'm trying to tell you is that tier list arent set in stone and never have been in any genre of games. All tier list come down is X character has a better chance of winning against Y character. And seeing how very few competitive players refuse to learn different characters and strats, it seems like there's

There are always new strats to be found.

Im sure people would bitch about that too. Look at how many players bitch about Fox, Falco, and Marth in Melee; and on the opposite side of the spectrum, look at how many people bitched when a ton of characters were nerfed in 4. People still ended up playing the same characters and just adapted and learned new

See, but the same thing happens in other community (look at the fighting game community) and things keep going. Meta game changes with every update, characters change with every update. The FGC just keeps adapting because they have to if they want to remain competitive. So there is no excuse to not learn new strats

Unfortunately, Nintendo gets a lot of $$ out of it. That's why they did the whole Xenoblade nonsense with Gamestop.

This is why I stopped my self from attempting to collect them in the first place.

Shane, what stand is that in the picture?

The solution is simple, deal with it and learn to adapt. Other game communities of pros and amateurs do it. They can too.

I just saw an article stating that MS exec thought that they bought the DKC rights along with Rare. It was rather interesting. So what explains the hiatus from the VC in the US?

How are the current batches of FF7 rereleases doing (steam and psn (not psone classic) versions)?

How much is Microsoft getting in this ordeal?

The 2D ones didnt until their inevitable 3ds remakes. 7 only used it for the overworld, 9 I dont remember. I just think it looks weird.

I doubt they would be cash cows. They already said what it would take to bring 7 (i assume the same would apply to 8 and 9) to current consoles. They said the cost is not worth it to them because they would need to write a lot of the code from scratch, new art assests, 3d models, etc. The other thing to keep in mind

Am I the only one who thinks that the chibi style looks weird for the FF games?

They already gave fans the middle finger at the Sony experience event. I think people need to get over the fact that ffvii isnt going to be remade anytime soon. SE has already stated too long of a project, too much money, and licensing issue with the music. There are other FF's that should get a proper remake before

I think that the introduction to quick saving/auto saving or saving at any point in time made death meaningless, same with the constant riddling of checkpoints. The only game that ever made me fear autosaving was Morrowind/Oblivion (dont remember which one), where my game autosaved as I was dying and I was stuck in
