Why is everyone complaining about speed? Last I checked only the newer Sonics focused on speed, the 2d and early 3d ones focused on the platforming elements (at least past their second stages).
Even if thats the case, I think theyre basing it on his stats. If I remember correctly, wasnt he one of the best players to ever grace madden?

I sure do miss the days of fully featured games . . .
About 45 games, and its partially your fault Shane. Lol
Kind of weird no? We'll find out for sure soon enough. Idk why both companies havent been specific with anything up until e3, and even that didnt clear everything up.
You cant really base things off of skus especially if these are supposed to be custom parts. There were a few sites that explained a lot of the stuff well. I just noticed that anandtech did an article explaining the jaguar chipsets and I feel it did a good job explaining the chipsets and builds. Seems like the gpu on…
Congrats Shane! Now that your the Dealzmodo guy, you get to make my wallet cry twice as much . . .
It's a shame they didn't get specific with the specs. If Sony's console is indeed a significantly bigger powerhouse, as we are being led to believe, they should've been flaunting that power like that have been doing with everything else since the PS4's announcement.
Until I find the AMD article, here's some info on the Jaguar chipsets being used in ultrabook's and the upcoming consoles.

I'm searching through AMD's corporate site to pull up the notes from the investors meeting.
As far as the GDDR5 ram goes, I doubt that it's for the entire system, although I'm pretty sure that some of it is allocated for vRam. Not even workstation GPU's provide that much vRam in a single unit.
What it'll end up coming…
I still doubt that its 8gb of just video ram, it wouldn't make sense. Even Workstation GPU's don't have that much vRam in a single unit. There has to be something Sony is not telling us. I'm going to assume that their are software modifications done via the OS (overclocking and such).
As I've said before. I got my info from AMD's investors meeting. I'm pretty sure that AMD would be the authority on the matter, more so than Sony and MS. If things have changed since that meeting than I'm probably wrong. To my knowledge there has been little or no changed. As far as Sony speaking up on the matter, I…
And there's where the misconceptions kicked in. Gddr5 ram is only for the gpu, not the entire system as Sony has made everyone believe. Ddr3 is system ram. Until there is a more specified spec list or until AMD decides to give the general public the specific spec lists, this misconception will continue. As far as how…
The problem is that these tech breakdowns are made on assumptions based on overly generic spec sheets from Sony and MS. I'd trust AMD over the other 2 just because they're the ones that actually make 99% of the compnents in both systems.
AMD's investors meeting, a bit before the "official" announcements by Sony and MS. The only discernable difference is how their OS' distribute and utilize ram. The spec list from Sony and MS were extremely generic at best and misled a lot of people.
Oh god. This nonsense again. AMD already stated that both consoles use the same exact hardware. The " hypothetical" units should be exactly the same. Last time I checked, neither Sony nor Microsoft are making the parts for their respective console. These hardware assemblers need to stop sugar coating their specs and…
Wouldnt be surprised if it was some sort of Malware
Supes sure does get his ass handed to him a lot
