Don’t take it to a dealer unless you like paying too much on your maintenance. Hit the forums and find an independent mechanic that everyone likes in your area instead.
06-08 Cayman S’s are $25-28k. Non-S can be had around 20k.
Mine’s a daily (250 miles a week). Have had it for a little over a year now. Paid $26k with 66k miles. Worth every single dime. Defintely going to buy another one in a few years. Had the clutch and flywheel replaced (bought parts myself saved a few hundred), brake pads (did those myself...easy) and 2 oil changes so…
Porsche’s don’t have LSDs either.
Not the 135i.

2 Series has the ZF 8 speed auto.
50 state smog cert isn’t cheap either.
Normally I would agree but Rick Ross over that short clip is PERFECTION.
If they made a 991 Safari, I would sell my car, my wife’s car, the truck, the horse trailer, the 2nd half of my garage, and rent out my master bedroom for that thing!
I LOL’d HARD at this!
Daily driving sports cars is WAY more fun than pretty much any other car. DD the Miata.
There’s plenty to explain. Driving a manual is not an esoteric experience.
He’s just being an asshole. Ignore those answers.
