Woah wait WTF is going on here? What did I miss?
Woah wait WTF is going on here? What did I miss?
Different budgets I guess.
Dat M6 doe!
Used 987.2 Boxster S. Cheap to own if it’s only going to be a weekend car. Just look for one with maintenance records (not hard to find). Yes, I know you said no German cars.
I would never put $10k down on a depreciating asset like a car. $1k tops and I have to REALLY want the car to pay that much. Most of the time I pay $500 down or nothing at all.
Nope, got $4000 off an ordered 2013 X1.
Jesus, where do you live?

This amuses me.
Spend a little more and get this:
This one is not too bad: 99 Boxster
Like I said, a perfect one with low miles is $14k. Most are under $10k all day long. I’ve seen nice one’s in the $7-$8k range. I will say I don’t see too many trashed one’s. Most of the one’s I see are like this:
Just because you only found one doesn’t mean you can’t get a comparably priced Boxster. You can. Granted I’m in CA where there are tons of these cars.
Boxsters ARE cheap. A REALLY, REALLY nice, low mileage 986 is $14k. Most are under $10k. If you’re not DDing it then it’s even cheaper to own. Sure parts are more but not much more than other sports cars. And they’re reliable.
I don’t know. I drove 2.8L and it was a turd. Is the 3.0L that much better?
Parts are more expensive but more complex? Really? An engine is an engine.
No
That skit was so damn funny!
