I've never heard of either of those also. However there is a grocer delivery in my area (TX) called Swan's.
At first I was uncertain of the video being genuine, due to the stabilization. Watching it a couple of times it is easier to see that it had been done in post. Possibly with youtube's stabilization feature.
The main advantage to this unit is that it bolts onto the camera. I would like to use something like this for handheld shooting. Most monitors have to be mounted on a stand or rail system.
I think you can, but you have to have the camera hooked up via USB to a computer, then the iPad set up over wifi. Also, the iPad app that does this costs like $50. There should be much better options for this!
