Agreed. This article is the equivalent to a facebook status that reads, "I hate it when people complain on Facebook, so I'm canceling my account."

I've backed and recieved two products. Both were the same price or cheaper to back and receive the product as a reward rather than buying it at retail later. The Glif for the Iphone, and the Lensloop camera strap. The makers of glif were great at sending out updates on their progress with production. They both work…
The majority of projects I have backed or been interested in on kickstarter have been Art projects. Including a modern dance project my wife was a part of. The only physical product I have backed is the "Glif" for the iPhone, and a camera strap called the "Lensloop," I love and use both of them. I regret nothing I…
I'll read this later.
Yeah, it's not technically a dock. It's just a plug that is sticking out of a camera. Maybe a better version would be an actual dock that looked like a pancake lens. That way you could also just have the plug going into the plastic dock piece that screws onto the camera mount, and not ruin the camera.
Also makes sense for those who do NOT have any children, nor want any in the near future, with the option of changing your mind. Like myself.
Thanks for the info on Dpreview. I did see the DxO Mark rating on the D800, which is pretty damn incredible. I'm curious to see what they rate the MKIII, since I am a Canon user. I couldn't / wouldn't buy one (too expensive), but I will probably rent it over the MKII now.
Very good points.
I would definitely look into getting this procedure if it was available.
Even with the impressive sharpness of the D800, it seems unusable from the moire. What lenses did you use for the cameras. Also, was the white balance set to auto on both cameras for the low light test? The D800 was drastically warmer than the MKIII.
Are you going to do image comparison for between these two as well? That is what I'm really interested in seeing, although this does hint at what the outcome would be. MKIII better low light & D800 with better detail/ sharpness with a setback being moire.
"Some peopl won't"
Mooooooooove outta my way!
and "Unfortunately"
It's a simple case of supply and demand. If there is not enough demand for alternative sources, then things will stay the same until there is no other option. Right now the only demand is that energy is to be cheap.
I only post what I would feel okay with the whole world seeing, even though my profile is set to private. I have friended people from work, and my manager as well. No biggie.
It's like watching Goldeneye 64 come to life.
I'll take what I can get.
That, or in the back yard riding ants.
