McGregor didn’t have to cut weight, so, actually, he was fighting at a healthier weight than he traditionally does, so I’m not buying that as an excuse, especially when fighting in multiple weight classes is his schtick. I’m not going to say he doesn’t have a ground game, or that he doesn’t dominate his usual weight

He is writing Grayson, which is a Batbook if you squint really hard. I have to agree though, I’d love him on something like Detective Comics, but Snyder is picking that up, and I’m not about to complain about that. If there is a god, he would resurrect the Batwoman book, but I’m not holding my breath.

This is a great read, though I still think King’s work on The Visions is the best thing he is writing. Despite that (and the fact that this book was cancelled at one point) King is now exclusively a DC writer, so I’m curious to see what he works on post Omega Men, and presumably post Rebirth.

I loved this issue. I like how Miles has to deal with the world reacting to him being a minority superhero. On one hand, I can totally see where he is coming from, but at the same time there is a need for a ‘black/ latino/ asian ___’ the same way there is a need for representation in things like teaching, and elected

I’m still super stoked at the backing that Harley’s gotten in recent years. Sure, not all of it has been good, but her character has grown a lot from ‘tragic love interest for a mad man’. I remember a very similar scene played out pre-New 52 (oh man, who doesn’t love those days, where literally everything was better

For the life of me, I can’t understand why people hated TP, or WW since they are probably tied for my favorite 3d Zelda game.

Eeeeeeeh, I’m still a fan of this book, but it is in spite of the baby stuff, if I’m being honest. It is still a cool, and beautiful book (despite how much I hate how the artist depicts Capt. Marvel...), but mostly I’ve been reading this the way I would something like Earth 2, or Justice League 3000, or some other

I make no bones about my distaste for LoL, and I usually DO ignore most articles about it, but take a look at that headline. It is literally designed to be clicked. Like, not fake literally, but literal literally. Actual thought was put into getting as many people to click it as possible. So I clicked it, go figure.

Alright, I don’t want to be that guy, especially as an FGC guy, who wants his scene to get way more attention than it does, but I just don’t understand what made that hype... What looks like a support class got hit, lost a bunch of life, and got bailed out by a teammate who was already close by. I don’t see why any of

Thanks for the clarification. I wasn’t introduced to Satine’s sister just quite yet, but I think what made me consider the possibility was how similar the names sounded. Thanks for not getting too spoilery.

I don’t mean to be that guy, but Daigo threw the game, pretty obviously as well. Mike, and Zhi were top notch on commentary though. Glad no one was taking it seriously honestly, who really wants to see Daigo body Lupe 3-0?

Is this Sabine related to Obi-Wan’s lady friend from The Clone Wars? (I’m trying to make my way through The Clone Wars before heading into Rebels.)

This book is so good. It really can’t be summed up in a couple pages, or in a review. You need to read it to really get a sense of the slowly mounting dread, and unsettling discord. As much as Virginia has done you can’t help but feel sorry for her, and how her situation overwhelms her at every turn. Knowing it is all

I still think it is a good book, and wouldn’t drop it (though there is much better stuff in ANAD), but I feel you. Kind of sucked to be a big fan of the previous Spider Woman run, and see what the ANAD preview for her was.

This story is good but not as good as the previous one, in large part because of the pregnancy (go figure). The mystery of the father is a lingering thread, but so roundly ignored after the first issue in the arc that you’d be forgiven for forgetting that we don’t know who the father is. The reckless endangering of an

The Robins, and the Jokers shouldn’t be looked at as analogues of Batman and Joker, but Robin and Harley. They’re affected by Batman and Joker, and are a direct result. Worshipers to the mythological figures of Batman and Joker.

This is honestly one of the best things about DD. In fact, there are other endings, including becoming the Dragon that rips out your heart in the first place (complete with the opening cinematic replaying to show YOU about to storm the beach)! And to get these different ending requires the player to independently make

I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Dragon’s Dogma is easily in my top 5 favorite games of last gen. I’d sell someone else’s first born to the devil for a sequel.

This sounds perfect. Train to a reasonable amount, get lv. 5 death, butcher some unsuspecting dragons, turn off random battles and coast through the rest of the game at your pleasure.

Hm... Top moments... The “I. Doom.” moment from New Avengers was awesome, along with the rest of Time Runs Out. Batman: Endgame, particularly that last fight, was a masterwork. I agree with what has been said about The Vision, which just oozes a weird intensity, and tension (Virginia in the kitchen with the baking pan
