I just can’t get past the idea of this being on a train. There just seems to be no reason for the story to be set on a train, other than a very literal illustration of class structure from poor very rich. Which to me just seems like lazy storytelling.

How to quarantine:
Keep doing the stuff I’m already doing because I have to work from home, the house still needs cleaning, the laundry still needs washing, the lawn still needs mowing, and groceries still need to be bought.

Did we watch the same video? Because this looked incredibly clunky and amateurish to me. I can appreciate the effort it takes to make a fan film, but I wouldn't call this so great.

Living in the suburbs doesn’t sound so bad right now does it?  Working at home , I walk my dog at the park down the street several times a day.  I got gas for my car over lunch and just drove around for an hour listening to podcasts.  I’m actually getting outside more often now than i used to.

Jesus, you need to get a life and start caring about shit that actually matters.

W have an HOA and I have no problem with it. Yes some of them are run by jerks. Even with our HOA I’d like for them to call neighbors first rather than sending impersonal letters from the management company. But mostly, they are reasonable.

Here’s an idea... Don’t do video conferencing. It takes ton of bandwidth and doesn’t add much. We got along great with audio conference calls for a long time.  Audio is just fine
