It seems to me that he's sort of set them up to fail. Not even maliciously necessarily. Just out of his usual self centeredness. If he gave them the patent and they got to fly under the radar developing their new tool the way Richard wanted to, then it could have worked brilliantly. Now they have made this big

I have no earthly idea what SAFTB or DARTY are, but I'm quite sure you're right.

Too Hitler youth looking for my taste.

Gavin will definitely be back.

Because it proved that he knew how much he was fucking them over by leaving at that precise moment and didn't care.

I love the show's constant reset button and hope it never changes or progresses. But I still thought this was only OK, mostly because the blood boy thing should have been a single hilarious joke, not the A plot. But, man, did Laurie's reveal of having three other children absolutely slay.

Selina's complete and total sellout of women's rights dovetailing with Dan ousting his female boss in a sexual harassment suit is fucking priceless. But overall a lot of the episode was just too disjointed to properly click for me. The goat having and ear infection line almost made up for every flaw, however.

Yes. Episode 6 is exactly that. And it is amazing.

Yeah I think Aziz and Alan will do awesome stuff no matter if they do more MoN or not. The writing on this show is just too good. I honestly think it's even better thsn its spiritual predecessor, Louie.

Omg Sara as the Russian is the best analogy ever. We know she's out there. She lives in New York, so it's theoretically possible she and Dev could see each other again. But they probably won't.

I love your insights about how Arnold's experiences at his ex's wedding inform Dev's interactions with Rachael. Because, yeah, as much as I liked them together, it is time to move on and this sort of lingering interaction isn't healthy for either one.

Totally.

No one should EVER ask someone else about when they are planning on having children. It is the height of rudeness, in my book.

Welcome back, Master of None!

Also she was joking.

She has no children.

I watched Alien Covenant and hated it and Their Finest and thought it was sweet and very well acted though not particularly cinematic. I wanted to see A Quiet Passion, but took too long at the grocery store and missed the start time.

I actually liked this even less than Prometheus.

I hated just about everything about this stupid movie. Even Fassbender couldn't save it. Stop tricking me, Iggy!

Yeah I've been having trouble keeping up in this new format.
