Batteries charging batteries is hugely inefficient.

You will still have to wait forever to charge them...even longer for higher capacity batteries. And charging is nearly impossible for those that live in urban areas. They just dont work for a great many people who still need the flexibility of gas. And what if the power is off for days? You are stuck in an emergency.

California has nobody to blame but their own stupid selves for the power problems. The envirotards wont allow infrastructure upgrades, and forced the closing of natural gas fired power plants. You know, natutal gas...that burns super cleanly? And is cheap and abundant? And can even be renewable? And now this. This

Hamilton is ignorant and making this about himself, just like those morons in the NFL. He clearly does no even know who Breonna Taylor was, or the facts of that incident that took her life. She certainly is not someone who deserves her name mentioned. She made poor life choices, and her current boyfriend shot a cop.

Get silicone blades. They last years.

Get silicone blades. They last a lot longer (years)

Get silicone wipers. They'll last much longer in TX. No rubber to degrade.

For many cars, replacing just with a refill just isnt possible due to the design of the arm. Most of the steel strips don’t have the end pieces required to keep the wiper in the blade and the steel strips work themselves loose. As well, some OEM wipers have dimples in them where the blade actually grips the rubber.

No, that is a G/O ad (not from an ad service). They did choose what ads you see. They are just too stupid to actually target that ad only to Jezebel and to Deadspin.

Harley sold 25000 bikes in 10 years. Thats pathetic and not worth the effort. They dont have a mass market bike for sale, and in a poorer country, when your luxury product bikes that burn lots of gas and cost more than a car or three, you arent going to sell many. India relies on motorcycles for cheap and efiicient

Had nothing to do with air travel, but with vehicular travel at ground level. And Earther is not an acceptable source to reference for anything. Reference Earther and you just list your argument.

No, highspeed rail would NOT go across the country in hours. Just using speed and distance, it would take over 14 hours to cross the country. That number does not include any stops or having to switch routes. Planes travel at twice the speed of even the fastest train, anf fly non-stop point to point. The plane would

One thing missing from that chart is that more often than not, trains run pretty empty. Before covid, on average, planes fly pretty damned full, so the plane over lond distances can be more efficient than even rail.

Yeah, this writer is full of shit. Considering the distances and time involved, its actually not bad environmentally to fly commercial. The energy per seat is actually much less than driving. This writer doesnt know shit, and certainly should not be writing for an automotive blog.

The mag lev train would use orders of magnitude more energy (oil) than diesel trains and coudnt carry as much weight. Diesel freight trains are remarkably efficient.

Just the opposite. The cars swing slighly under the track and can make people queasy, and they require much more support and materials. The ones that ride on top of the rail are far superior.

Nobody in thier right mind would buy one. It would be overpriced, and still have that legendary crappyness VW is famous for. Its shocking people still buy VWs/Audis at all.

I mean, he did have a hitler moustache.

Still wasting money on what is probably not even a genuine Schwinn?

I usualky wait until the window and is soaked thoroughly before I turn on the wipers to ensure both the window and the wiper blade are rinsed of dirt/sand. Helps to prevent scratches. And then only wipe when its needed, sonetimes using the mist feature to control wiper speed. You can also get silicone blades that form
