EVs have buying the latest greatest thing style buyers. It only makes sense it would depreciate faster then a Panamera which is its direct alternative. I wish a Panamera grand turismo would depreciate like these Taycans.

Touché.
Got some bad news for everyone. Apparently the audio controls on the captured UFO at Area 51 are all capacitive touch, and the climate controls are buried two menus down in the touch screen. Also, it’s almost impossible to turn off traction control.
Using a car to launder money is a real thing.
Since most people build overlanders to only attends overland expos and camping events it is irrelevant how these tires perfrom off-road. The most important test is to see how they perform and endure pavement where they live 99% of its life.
The Taycan, at least when I had looked at the used market, fared better than the RS e-tron GT.
Drive one and tell me you still don’t get it.
The biggest problem with a used Taycan is simply that the new Taycan is so much better. I do recall they had software issues early on, but I don’t think there’s any huge issues lurking. I’d rather own one of these out of warranty than a Macan.
That’s what I get for reading the article but not watching the video.
If you are buying a 6 figure car built on a rapidly emerging technology, you get what you get. If you are not aware of the risk of depreciation it is a you problem.
Just crossed the 50k mile mark on the KO2's with my ZR2. Wet weather traction is starting to suffer, but they look capable of doing another 15-20k. The e-rated 285/70/17 KO2 is discontinued now, so I’ll have to go with the K03. I am tempted to try the Falken A/T4W, heard good things about them.
Been using the KO2s on my truck as well. Good tire.
I’ve spent more time speccing and building a Taycan on the Porsche website than this guy spent driving his.
Is it possible to win and lose at the same time, because that would be my vote.
Drive it more.
Anyone that is a real wheeler absolutely does have separate tires to get there vs tires to run in the mud.
Also have had KO2's for years, first on my F150 and now on my 4Runner.
Why did they test the KO2 and not the KO3?
As a fellow Alltrack owner I say No Dice. The most sought after combo is the Great Fall Greens with Marrakesh Brown interior with a manual. A few of these have gone for good money on BaT and it seems the seller of this one is jumping on the bandwagon. Mine is a Deep Black Pearl with Marrakesh and I like it, but I miss…
I’ve been using KO2 for 7 years on a 1989 Broco FS, with 6/300, ZF5 spd with Eaton tru trac rear and open stock on front, so no rock crawling or such, 60 mph on BLM gravel roads, a little bit of slewing and unbeknownst to me, on black ice at 60 mph, I was looking through the vent window for a few seconds, turns out 35…
