I’m 6'5" and live in San Francisco too. How about a Honda CRX or Jeep TJ? First-gen MINI Cooper as mentioned is a good option too. Also consider a Chevy Bolt.

The Prime also has a 5.9 second 0-60 mph time, supposedly. This is exactly what a PHEV should be: decent electric range coupled with a punchy electric motor all wrapped up in a crossover package.
